All Children's Hospital is pleased to name Ryleigh Long as the official spokesperson for the Teens Living Healthy program.

Three years ago Ryleigh participated in the Fit4Allteens community program and has seen amazing success. Now she wants to help other teens achieve their goals.

As a sophomore at Clearwater High School, Ryleigh understands many of the struggles that teens face. She wants to explain to teens her struggles with weight, exercise, and health, and how she has to constantly keep focused on her goals of a healthy lifestyle. Since completing the program Ryleigh has continued to make better lifestyle choices, including following a fitness routine every day and eating healthier. She is a now a vegetarian and has even inspired those around her to become more active and fit.

Ryleigh was chosen for the role of spokesperson not only for her health and fitness success, but also for her many other personal achievements - she is a classically trained pianist, a top student, and a dedicated volunteer.

The Teens Living Healthy program is a new school-based program made possible by a partnership between All Children's Hospital and the Florida Blue Foundation. Created to help teens achieve a healthier lifestyle, the program will address weight management, nutrition education, goal setting, mental health and fitness for teens (ages 13 - 18) in Pinellas County.
